Bring a bit of Las Vegas into your next event
Client appreciation evenings/team builds/corporate dinners/bachelor parties
Instead of golf days and just another dinner this is a great way to entertain. Keep all your guests in one room for the evening allowing easy networking and team building. Add excitement to your event.
Your guests will have an awesome experience which they'll truly remember for a long time to come! This is a specialised casino event and function. We provide top-of-the-line, high quality authentic casino equipment and courteous, professional croupiers who are trained to help guests understand and enjoy the various casino games offered. We basically set up a fun casino night at a venue of your choice and offer your guests “funny money” which can be branded with company logo’s which are exchanged for chips to play with for the night. We offer Black Jack, Roulette and a few other games. At the end of the night the guests, depending on you, could win prizes for best gambler, most flair, player who loses their money first and so on.
Team Building with Fire
Fire Dancing originated from the Maori New Zealand. These ancient warriors swung burning Poi to build dexterity and dexterity and the connective tissue between the left (logical) and right (intuitive)
sides of the brain, making it a powerful meditative and creative tool. Poi can be easily packed and picked up for short breaks in confined spaces and regular use will tone mind and body. Participants work together to get the movements correct and it is very entertaining! Hot stuff but its really COOL!
looking out for new venues
We have discovered interesting venues in Bryanston, Illovo and Lonehill where you can hold private parties, having exclusive use of the venue.
Cooking with South African top chefs and in private homes
We will organise chefs to come to your home to cook that fantastic meal with out the stress that goes with it. We offer cooking with executive chefs in beautiful surrounding and all over South Africa.
Wine/Salt and Food Paring
Salt is being served on tables around the world for thousands of year’s and our chefs are the first in the world to do a salt, wine and food pairing.
Award wining chefs will take you on a salt journey to get up close and personal with various salts from around the world and see how different dishes made with this kitchen essential are paired wines.
The salts that we will taste and experience their different flavor, tastes and textures are from Pakistan, Namibia, Murray River in Australia, Poland, a Viking salt and smoked local Khoisan salts. Then we will see how they react to dishes prepared for us, each one matched with a special Wine.

There is always welcome Bubbly and once the guests are seated our champagne guru’s will start off with a Blind MCC and Champagne tasting – this can be lots of fun and I suggest we have a prize for the one that gets it right!

Tea and Food Pairing
Normally for the ladies but not always, we pair food with tea. This includes things like poaching fish in Rooibos and desserts made from the “sweeter” teas such as Blackberry. Very new and exciting.
Beer and Food Pairing
Not all of us enjoy wine and here we pair Food with Beers both local and international.
Olive and Wine
This has been done many times in the past, but can still be exciting and we can pair this with an interactive lunch with an executive chef.
Cooking in Langa Cape Town
This is designed specifically for an overseas clientele. Travel to Langa to cook at a small cookery school that provides the local residents with the skill needed to get jobs in the kitchens of the top hotels in Cape Town. The students are not from privileged homes and their fees cannot be too high. Money is needed to be raised to provide these kids with tuition which is done via a variety of entrepreneurial ventures. They have created a restaurant out of shipping containers. Here they serve traditional African cuisine to the local community and to visitors. This facility is also used to cater for functions in the local area as well as for cooking classes. A visit to the school and restaurant is a unique opportunity for you to interact with the community initiative. Here you learn about African and Xhosa culture and cuisine. Hands on cooking include dishes like pap, chackalaka, samp and meat stews.
